How connection will work

    The representative’s personal MuniID

    The representative needs a personal MuniID on their phone and a verified identity. Access to the business workspace is confirmed on the phone.

    Company and authority

    Enter company and service details on your computer. Before connection, the company and your authority to act on its behalf will be checked.

  3. 03

    Service connection

    After approval, you will configure MuniID sign-in on your website. Users choose which data to share and which messages to receive.

Set up your personal MuniID on your phone. Company applications and phone confirmation of business sessions are not yet available.
